Payment Analysis
Utilizing edit profile complete claims payment analysis is conducted

Preliminary Report
HDR creates a preliminary findings report for client review and report card draft discussion

Initial Review
Initial results are presented to the client for review with reconciliation draft

Revised Audit Reports
After review, HDR finalizes reports, data analysis and Reconciliation Agreement; submission to client

Final Reporting
Client receives finalized reports, agreements and recommendations
